Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Sliego Technologies Affiliate Program ("Program") allows eligible participants ("Affiliates") to earn commission credits by referring new users to the Sliego trading intelligence platform operated by Sliego Technologies LTD ("Sliego," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Hold an active Sliego account in good standing.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding affiliate marketing, advertising disclosures, and data privacy.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or officer of Sliego Technologies LTD unless explicitly approved in writing.

Sliego reserves the right to accept or reject any application to the Program at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commission credits based on the plan their referrals upgrade to:

• PRO Plan ($29/month): $10 commission credit per successful referral.
• ENTERPRISE Plan ($99/month): $30 commission credit per successful referral.

Commissions are recurring and credited on each renewal cycle for as long as the referred user maintains an active paid subscription. A "successful referral" is defined as a new user who (a) signs up through your unique referral link, (b) has not previously held a Sliego account, and (c) upgrades to a paid plan within the attribution window.

Sliego reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' written notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to commissions already earned.

4. Payment Terms

• Commissions are credited to your Sliego account balance and may be applied toward your own subscription fees or accumulated.
• The minimum credit threshold for settlement or withdrawal is $50. Credits below this threshold will carry over to the following period.
• Settlement occurs on a monthly basis. Credits earned in a given calendar month are finalized on the fifth business day of the following month.
• Sliego may withhold or reverse credits if a referred user cancels, requests a refund, or initiates a chargeback within 30 days of their initial payment.
• You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from credits or payments received through the Program.

5. Cookie & Attribution Policy

• When a prospect clicks your referral link, a first-party attribution cookie is set in their browser with a duration of 30 days.
• Attribution follows a last-click model: if a prospect clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent affiliate at the time of signup receives credit.
• One cookie is set per browser. Clearing cookies or using a different browser voids the attribution.
• If a prospect signs up without an active attribution cookie, no commission is awarded.

6. Referral Tracking

Each Affiliate receives a unique referral link and access to a real-time dashboard at app.sliego.com/referral. The dashboard displays:

• Total link clicks
• Signups attributed to your link
• Conversions (free-to-paid upgrades)
• Total credits earned and pending

While we strive for accuracy, tracking data is provided on an "as-is" basis. Sliego is not liable for discrepancies caused by browser privacy settings, ad blockers, or third-party software that interferes with cookie placement.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities. Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending credits:

• Self-referrals: Referring yourself, your own accounts, or accounts you control.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or communications promoting your referral link.
• Fake accounts: Creating fraudulent accounts or incentivizing others to create accounts solely for the purpose of earning commissions.
• Paid search on brand terms: Bidding on "Sliego," "Sliego Technologies," or variations thereof in paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
• Misleading claims: Making false, exaggerated, or misleading statements about Sliego, its features, pricing, performance, or potential returns.
• Cookie stuffing: Using hidden iframes, pop-ups, or any technique to set attribution cookies without genuine user intent.
• Trademark misuse: Registering domain names, social media handles, or advertising accounts that include "Sliego" or confusingly similar terms without written permission.
• Illegal activity: Promoting Sliego in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms of service.

8. Intellectual Property

Sliego grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Platform under this Program. You must:

• Use only official branding assets provided in the affiliate portal or approved in writing.
• Not modify, distort, or alter the Sliego logo or brand assets in any way.
• Not imply endorsement, partnership, or employment by Sliego unless explicitly authorized.
• Include appropriate affiliate disclosure in all promotional content as required by applicable advertising regulations (e.g., FTC guidelines).

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time with written notice.
• Sliego reserves the right to terminate your participation immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
• Upon termination, your referral link will be deactivated and you will forfeit any pending or unfinalized credits.
• Credits already finalized and settled prior to termination will not be clawed back unless they resulted from fraudulent activity.
• Sliego may recover (clawback) commissions determined to have been earned through fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms, regardless of when they were credited.

10. Modifications

Sliego may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your Sliego account at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue participation before the effective date.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sliego Technologies LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under or in connection with the Program shall not exceed the total commissions actually paid to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
