• Broker Credentials: API keys and credentials you provide to connect third-party brokers (Binance, Interactive Brokers). These are encrypted using AES-256-GCM and stored securely.
• Communication Data: Messages you send through our contact form, support requests, or AI chatbot conversations.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, trading signals viewed, and interaction patterns.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
• Cookies: Authentication tokens (httpOnly JWT cookies) and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Market Data: Financial data from Finnhub, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, and Polymarket APIs to power our analytics.
• Broker Data: Trade history, positions, and account balances from connected broker accounts.

• Send SMS OTP verification codes for authentication

• SMS OTP two-factor verification
• HTTPS encryption in transit (via Cloudflare)
• Role-based access control for administrative functions
• Pre-trade risk checks and circuit breakers for automated trading

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution) for up to 3 years.

• Attribution Cookies: When someone clicks your referral link, we set a 30-day cookie to attribute their registration to your referral. This cookie is used solely for referral tracking.
• Conversion Data: We track when referred users sign up and upgrade their subscription to calculate your earned commissions.
• Limited Data Sharing: Referrers can see limited information about their referrals (first name and masked email only). Referred users are not shown the identity of their referrer.
• Commission Records: We maintain records of earned commissions, payouts, and credit balances for accounting and audit purposes.
