1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sliego. By creating an account or using the Platform operated by Sliego Technologies LTD ("Sliego," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Sliego provides an AI-powered trading intelligence platform that includes market analytics, scoring engines, portfolio management tools, broker integrations, and related services. The Platform is designed to assist with investment research and analysis.

3. Important Financial Disclaimer

Sliego is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment advisor. All scoring signals, recommendations, analytics, and intelligence provided through the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice.

  • Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for all investors.
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results.
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.
  • You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
  • Our scoring engines and signals are algorithmic tools — they can and do produce inaccurate results.
  • Automated trading features execute trades based on rules you configure. You assume full responsibility for any automated trades.

4. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account or allow others to access it.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers are available as described on our Pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
  • Feature availability may vary by subscription tier.

6. Broker Integrations

  • Connecting third-party broker accounts (Binance, Interactive Brokers, etc.) is optional and at your own risk.
  • You authorize us to transmit orders and retrieve data from connected brokers as configured by you.
  • We encrypt broker credentials using AES-256-GCM but cannot guarantee against all security threats.
  • We are not responsible for broker outages, order execution failures, slippage, or any losses resulting from broker connectivity issues.
  • Automated trading features execute trades based on rules you set. You may configure risk controls, but ultimate responsibility lies with you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of securities regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform beyond our provided API
  • Redistribute, resell, or share Platform content or API data without authorization
  • Manipulate or abuse the scoring engines, trading simulators, or leaderboards
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with Platform operations

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, scoring engines, designs, and trademarks on the Platform are the property of Sliego Technologies LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose in accordance with your subscription tier.

9. API Usage

Pro and Enterprise subscribers may access our API subject to:

  • Rate limits as specified in the API documentation
  • API keys must be kept confidential and not shared
  • Automated access must comply with these Terms and our API usage policy
  • We may revoke API access for abuse or violation of these Terms

10. Data and Market Information

  • Market data is sourced from third-party providers (Finnhub, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, Polymarket) and may be delayed or inaccurate.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data.
  • Scoring signals are generated by proprietary algorithms and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for trading decisions.
  • Historical data and backtesting results do not guarantee future performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLIEGO TECHNOLOGIES LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any trading losses, whether from manual or automated trades
  • Inaccurate scoring signals or recommendations
  • Broker connectivity failures or order execution issues
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sliego Technologies LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your trading activities, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
  • Sections related to liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sliego Technologies LTD is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
